Orders two pairs of sale shoes so paid for postage, took a week for them to be dispatched then another week to arrive. Yes I understand postage takes longer due to brexit, but a week to be picked and packed? When arrived both pairs were the wrong size, arranged a return only to be sent a returns label for another order- including another customers personal information!!- correct label then sent with no acknowledgment of GDPR breaches, local UPS pick up was 20 miles away, so a 40 miles round trip to drop them off, confirmed return with etnies and told one of the items now out of stock. Probably now waiting another week or two for one pair to arrive, holiday that I really wanted them for now a distant memory. If you like etnies, purchase locally I guess, as direct it’s a nightmare.

i've skated etnies exclusively besides 1 other shoe ive received at a crazy discount for the last few years. these have been the worst pair i've skated, its been roughly 8 sessions and there is a huge hole and the rubber is starting to break off in my main shoe used for ollies/flip tricks. receiving them at a discount, i cannot complain too much. i've definitely received more value out of lower end shoes at a cheaper price, so i would consider other options instead of purchasing these.
