RETURN POLICY

If your Etnies purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund.

You can return the product(s) within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused, undamaged, unworn, and unwashed. The items must be in their original packaging with all labels attached.
Please note, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. If the return is due to our mistake, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

If you want to return a product or order, please contact our customer service team using the Contact Form.
Make sure to include your order number. Note that return expenses are your responsibility. We will provide you with a return label to send back your order. Once we receive and process your shipment at our warehouse, we will issue a refund. You will get an email notification when the refund is complete.

 

REFUND POLICY

Yes, we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges after a purchase has been made.
Once your shipment is returned to our warehouse, we will refund your order.
Please allow 5-10 business days for our warehouse to process your return.
After the refund is issued, it will take 1-3 days to appear in your account. The refund will be processed according to your original payment method.

WARRANTY POLICY

We want every customer to be happy with our products. If your product becomes defective within a year of purchase, please email our customer service with your order number and 4 photos of the product (a large view of the product and a close-up of the defect).
We do not replace or refund products if they are:
  • Obtained from a source other than our eu.etnies.com.
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (e.g., exposure to chemicals, open flame, high heat, sharp objects).
  • Damaged by misuse or used for purposes other than intended.
  • Damaged by normal wear and tear or have exceeded their reasonable lifespan.
Our customer service team will evaluate your claim and may ask for more information if needed. If the product is under warranty, they will replace it or offer another solution.
