HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Our orders are shipping every working day via FedEx or DPD. Approximate transit times from when your order ships out of our warehouse to delivery in your region can be found in the tracking information.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship directly to addresses in the European Union, Switzerland and UK. Unfortunately the Channel Islands, Norway, Malta, Madeira, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar, French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, La Reunion Islands and Mayotte) and the Canary Islands are outside our shipping region. We do not ship to any countries outside the available site regions, though we hope to offer this in the future.

 

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A MILITARY ADDRESS OR P.O. BOX?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship any orders to military address or PO boxes, our apologies.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY?

If you are not home to receive your package, FedEx will make a second delivery attempt. After the second attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive an email or SMS notifying you when the second attempt will be made.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! After placing your order, it will be processed by our warehouse. As soon as you order leaves our warehouse you can track your shipment via My Account. If you do not have an account, you can use the TRACK link from the shipping-confirmation email. This link will send you to the FedEx or DPD website.

Be careful when entering your delivery address! If your order cannot be delivered it will be sent back to our warehouse.
