Please note that the Channel Islands, Norway, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, La Réunion, Mayotte) and the Canary Islands are outside our shipping region. Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on Friday or over a public holiday ship the next business day.
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking email within 72 hours of shipment. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking link to update with the carrier.
Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?
Once an order is submitted, it enters our automated fulfillment system immediately. We cannot cancel or modify orders after checkout, even if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Need to make a change? Simply start a return once you receive your package. We don't offer exchanges, but we'll happily issue a refund or store credit.

- Package shows delivered but not received? Wait 72 hours, then file a claim with the carrier and contact us with your case number.
