Our orders are shipping every working day via UPS. Approximate transit times from when your order ships out of our warehouse to delivery in your region can be found in the tracking information.
We currently ship directly to addresses in the European Union, Switzerland and Norway. Unfortunately the Channel Islands, Malta, Madeira, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar, French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, La Reunion Islands and Mayotte) and the Canary Islands are outside our shipping region. We do not ship to any countries outside the available site regions, though we hope to offer this in the future.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship any orders to military address or PO boxes, our apologies.
If you are not home to receive your packages, UPS may deliver them to a nearby UPS AccessPoint to pick up later - often on the same day. All UPS AccessPoints are pre-approved by UPS to ensure your package will be safe. They are also equipped with the latest UPS technology so that you can be sure to get your package quickly and conveniently. An officially recognized or government-issued ID is required when picking up packages.
When there’s no UPS AccessPoint available in your region, UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your order. You can reschedule the delivery by using the tracking code on the UPS website. After the 3rd attempt the order will be returned to our warehouse.
Yes! After placing your order, it will be processed by our warehouse. As soon as you order leaves our warehouse you can track your shipment via My Account. If you do not have an account, you can use the TRACK link from the shipping-confirmation email. This link will send you to the UPS website.
Be careful when entering your delivery address! If your order cannot be delivered it will be sent back to our warehouse.
