51 yo transition skater with wide feet.Fairly good board feel with grippy soles. I feel sure footed and comfortable. Always thought these shoes are ugly but I am a function over fashion person. My favorite shoes by far for skateboarding. I can skate and go to work the next day for 12.5 hours in my feet and am sore as F. If I wore other shoes and had a big session the day before work I might have to call in. My feet and joints are toast. These shoes keep me ripping through trucks and decks. Get some old guns.
I like etnies most of all shoe brands. They offer the most of wide shoes and I like the Color and Design Language.
Thanks for the feedback Bernd 🙌

Great skate shoe!
I like the Marana’s a bunch too, but for some reason the Joslin’s outlast those even though they have an “Olie” patch.
That said I’m super bummed you guys dropped him and his shoe, I’m glad I bought another pair before the split happened.
The shoe is super comfortable, the Michelin sole outlasts any other shoe I have ever skated, and my dominant Olie/pop shoes side wall hasn’t ripped or worn out in over 6 months of daily skating. Only complaint, your laces kind of suck, I break them pretty quickly, for a shoe that runs 110, I would hope for some better laces.
