My little ripper really likes these shoes and says they are very comfortable on impact and feels good on the board. I thought the elastic laces were a brilliant idea, but my guy skates every day and fairly intensely for a 6 y/o, so the elastic laces aren't going to work in reality. I will be cutting them out, I guess. Otherwise, we are very happy with the purchase!
